Where are your products made?
All of our products are made by a single, hard-working lady in her own home in British Columbia, Canada.
Do you take custom orders?
None of your available sizes fit me!
See above, re: custom orders. When it comes to something relatively simple like a size we don’t list, we probably won’t charge any kind of a premium for the custom work.
Why do you use plastic bones in your corsets?
We feel that German plastic–or synthetic whalebone–is the most appropriate choice for the kinds of corsets we want to make. You can read more about that decision in our blog post, Steel vs. Plastic Boned Corsets.
How long do your products take to ship?
Most of the time your garment will be made to order, in which case it will ship within 1-2 weeks. If we happen to have your size on hand, though, it will ship within a couple of days. If you need your item in a hurry for any reason, leave us a note in your order and we’ll try to prioritize it!
How do you ship items?
Right now we ship everything standard via Canada Post. Corsets are carefully packed and shipped in boxes to ensure they arrive in good condition.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
What if my corset arrives defective, or breaks shortly after I receive it?
Neither of these things should ever happen! However, if something goes wrong with your corset, please send us a message via our contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. On a case-by-case basis we may be able to repair it for you at no charge, if you send it back to us with return shipping.
